Job summary

The Assistant Boutique Director at Brobston Group supports the Boutique Director in leading the team and overseeing boutique operations to deliver strong business results and exceptional client service. This role also takes a leadership position in the Director's absence.

Responsibilities include team briefings, coaching, recruitment support, stock management, CRM/Omnichannel initiatives, and sales analysis to drive performance and client engagement in the Houston boutique.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead and motivate a boutique team.
• Ability to coach sales teams, develop client relationships, and support CRM and omnichannel objectives.
• Ability to oversee boutique operations, stock management, and compliance with established standards.
• Ability to analyze sales results and contribute to plans that improve business performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead team briefings, coach team members on the sales floor, support recruitment and induction, and promote team development.
• Oversee boutique standards, stock management, operational processes, and compliance with company policies and guidelines.
• Support client relationship development, monitor CRM targets, and follow up on client databases and staff client books.
• Promote omnichannel services, analyze sales performance, and help create action plans to achieve boutique and individual targets.
• Monitor local trading conditions and competitor activity, and propose ideas to improve business performance.
