Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of related experience.

• Flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays; ability to lift 15 lbs.
• In-store presence required to coach teams, uphold boutique standards, and deliver client service.

Responsibilities

• Coach and inspire boutique staff to provide an elevated client experience.
• Develop boutique leaders and foster a culture of feedback, inclusion, teamwork, and mutual respect.
• Partner with the boutique team and Home Office to set and achieve business goals and increase sales.
• Use performance indicators to guide continuous improvement and represent the brand in the local market through community partnerships and events.
