Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of related experience; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for client experience and the brand.
• Ability to work in-store, lift 15 pounds, and work a flexible schedule that includes late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coach and inspire boutique staff to provide an elevated client experience.
• Develop boutique leaders, foster a positive and inclusive team culture, and empower leaders to manage their teams.
• Partner with the boutique team and Home Office to develop business goals and strategies that increase sales.
• Use performance indicators to guide improvements and represent the brand in the market through community involvement, partnerships, and events.
