Job summary

Chloé Bal Harbour seeks an Assistant Boutique Director to support the Boutique Director in leading the team and operations. You will act as the boutique leader in the Director's absence while helping deliver strong business results and an exceptional client experience.

You will coach sales associates, oversee stock and CRM development, drive omnichannel engagement, and collaborate with the Director to meet targets and uphold boutique standards in Bal Harbour.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and coach a boutique team.
• Strong knowledge of boutique operations, stock management, client development, and sales performance.
• Excellent customer service and ability to support business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead team briefings, coach sales associates, support recruitment and onboarding, and coordinate product and commercial training.
• Maintain boutique standards, oversee stock management, and ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines.
• Support client relationship development, monitor CRM targets, and ensure consistent client database follow-up.
• Drive sales and omnichannel engagement, analyze performance, develop action plans with the Boutique Director, and motivate the team to meet targets.
