Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a similar or supportive role preferred.
• Food Handler and Alcohol Awareness Certifications (if applicable).
• Able to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Able to learn, retain, and present product, menu, and allergy information to guests.
• Knowledge of the POS system or ability to learn.
• Must calculate accurate bill amounts and handle payments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for crafting personalized guest experiences.
• Highly motivated and flexible to take initiative.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with quality customer service by demonstrating knowledge of all menu items.
• Serve food and beverages in a punctual, courteous, efficient and accurate manner.
• Act as an advocate for the restaurant and develop guest relationships to encourage return visits.
• Greet guests and promptly attend to tables.
• Receive and take guest orders and process in POS quickly and accurately.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of food, wine, and beverage menus.
• Open bottled wine for guests (wine service).
• Attend trainings and maintain communication with staff.
