Chico's FAS, Inc. is seeking a Support Associate to back our sales-focused, product-driven culture. You will handle merchandise, stock processing and stockroom organization to keep items accessible for the sales floor and customers.

The role emphasizes MAPS customer service and a collaborative team environment, with opportunities to learn and grow within the company. Flexibility for shifting schedules is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
• Must be able to work the majority of the shift standing.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Processes merchandise and ensures items are properly stored, ticketed and located for replenishment.
• Ensures new products are merchandised and represented promptly.
• Accurately enters receiving documents and coordinates store transfers and locate requests.
• Manages visual materials and signage, stockroom organization and security of stock items.
• Participates in pricing changes and markdowns.
• Supports MAPS customer service principles and omni-channel experience.
• Promotes teamwork and seeks feedback for growth.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
