Job summary

Chico's FAS, Inc. is seeking a Support Associate to back our customer- and product-focused sales culture. You will handle merchandise, stockroom organization, and stock processing to support a seamless store operation.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, teamwork, and adherence to MAPS standards as part of an omni-channel customer experience. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
• Must be able to work the majority of the shift standing.
• Ability to work quickly and within strict timelines.

Responsibilities

• Processes merchandise, ensuring items are properly stored, ticketed and easily located for replenishment for the sales floor.
• Ensures new products are properly merchandised and represented in a timely manner.
• Enters receiving documents into the computer system and reconciles invoices as applicable.
• Completes store-to-store transfers and Locate requests accurately and on time.
• Supports MAPS principles to ensure a cohesive omni-channel experience.
• Assists with boutique cleanliness and organization.
