Job summary

Chico's FAS, Inc. is seeking a Support Associate to uphold a customer- and product-focused sales culture. The role involves merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization to keep the store well-stocked and presentable.

You will support MAPS standards, assist with pricing changes and signage, and help maintain a clean, organized store environment while working a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Stock or cashier experience preferred.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
• Must be able to work the majority of the shift standing.
• Ability to work quickly and within strict timelines.
• Ability to demonstrate teamwork.
• Exposure to visual merchandising and product placement techniques desired.
• Communicate with customers, Associates, and Management; use headset.
• Regular attendance is essential; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Process merchandise and ensure items are stored and labeled.
• Replenish stock and organize stockroom.
• Ensure new products are merchandised timely.
• Maintain signage and visual materials.
• Assist with pricing changes and markdowns.
• Support cash handling and customer service.
• Back-end operations and transfers as needed.
