Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
• Must be able to stand for the majority of the shift.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular attendance is essential to meet needs of the role.
• Exposure to visual merchandising and product placement techniques desired.

Responsibilities

• Processes merchandise for storage and replenishment, ensuring items are accurately stored and located.
• Merchandises new products in a timely manner and supports floor presentation.
• Enters receiving documents, reconciles invoices, and handles store-to-store transfers and Locate requests.
• Maintains stockroom organization, signage, and visual materials.
• Participates in pricing changes and markdowns, supporting inventory accuracy.
• Assists with boutique cleanliness and visual directives as directed.
