Job summary

JETSET Pilates in Houston is seeking Studio Leads to deliver a boutique fitness experience, greet clients, and assist instructors. You will answer phones, respond to emails, and process sales with our Standards of Service.

You will maintain the front desk, manage CRM AXLE, sell memberships and class packages, and help with opening/closing duties while working morning/evening/weekend shifts at our studio.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or retail experience.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Excellent communication and phone etiquette.
• Availability to work mornings/evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering boutique fitness experience to every client.
• Provide the highest level of customer service to all clients and visitors.
• Greet and check-in clients professionally upon arrival and thank them as they leave.
• Recruit and retain clients, answer questions, solve problems, and refer comments and concerns appropriately.
• Sell memberships and class packages in-person, online, and over the phone.
• Facilitate new sales with the CRM AXLE system.
• Maintain a clean and tidy studio.
• Process retail sales and restock inventory as needed.
