Club Pilates Crown Point is seeking a high-energy General Manager to lead the complete spectrum of studio operations, from driving sales and local marketing to supervising instructors and managing daily operations under the regional manager.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management and sales experience in boutique fitness, premium hospitality, luxury retail, or sales-driven wellness environments.
• Confident in generating personal sales, hitting membership targets, and training Sales Representatives to close deals.
• Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Ability to manage and drive 4 distinct revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.
• Familiarity with local community engagement tactics to enhance regional brand awareness.

Responsibilities

• Implement strategic sales processes to schedule prospects into Demo classes, close membership sales, and collect outstanding dues.
• Collaborate with the corporate marketing team on promotional campaigns and partnerships.
• Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content across platforms and engage with followers.
• Hire, onboard, train, and supervise studio staff, including sales reps and instructors and manage scheduling.
• Oversee studio operations, ensure cleanliness and policy compliance, and manage CRM reports.
