You will supervise instructors, drive revenue across memberships and services, and report to the regional manager. Experience in boutique fitness or premium hospitality is valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management and sales experience in boutique fitness or premium hospitality.
• Strong leadership to motivate and coordinate a team and meet targets.
• Experience driving memberships, retail, and services revenue.
• Proficiency in data management and scheduling with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead studio operations, sales, and local marketing for the Granger location.
• Supervise instructors, manage daily operations, and report to regional manager.
• Drive four revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, teacher training.
• Hire, onboard, train, and schedule staff; ensure client experience excellence.
• Oversee studio upkeep, policy compliance, and vendor coordination.
