With 3+ years in premium retail leadership, you’ll optimize sales, harness data, and build local partnerships. The role requires on‑site leadership, flexible availability, and a strategic mindset to grow the business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience in premium environments.
• Experience in boutique or lifestyle retail is preferred.
• Proven ability to drive sales and develop high‑performing teams.
• Strong business acumen and data‑informed decision making.
• Entrepreneurial mindset for growth in a fast‑paced market.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays, and travel.
• Hands‑on leadership on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Own the boutique's daily performance, driving sales and profitability.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with customer focus and product expertise.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high‑performing team with accountability.
• Build brand presence through local partnerships and store initiatives.
• Ensure operational excellence across merchandising, scheduling, and payroll.
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvements in inventory accuracy and presentation.
