Leap, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager for our Garden State Plaza boutique opening in October 2026. Lead a high‑performing team, drive sales and customer experience, and bring the Leap platform to life with entrepreneurial energy on the sales floor.

You will recruit and coach the team, maintain brand standards, and build partnerships to grow the local market while delivering exceptional service and commercial results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Experience within boutique, premium, specialty, or lifestyle retail environments preferred.
• Proven ability to drive sales, develop high‑performing teams, and deliver exceptional customer experiences through hands‑on leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily performance of the boutique, driving sales, profitability, and key business objectives.
• Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience that builds lasting customer relationships and brand loyalty.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high‑performing team while fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Collaborate with neighboring Leap-powered stores and support market initiatives, including new store openings and in-store activations.
