Leap is seeking a Store Manager for a flagship boutique in Boca Raton to lead daily store performance and elevate the customer experience. You will mentor a high‑performing team, build brand presence locally, and drive commercial results using data and field leadership.

Ideal candidates have hands‑on leadership in premium retail, strong business acumen, and comfort with Shopify, Endear CRM, Slack, and Google Workspace. Eligible for Leap’s rewards and benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Experience within boutique, premium, specialty, or lifestyle retail environments preferred.
• Proven ability to drive sales, develop high‑performing teams, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily performance of the boutique, driving sales, profitability, and key business objectives.
• Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience that builds lasting customer relationships and brand loyalty.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high‑performing team while fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Build brand presence through local partnerships, community events, and store openings.
