Job summary

Leap is seeking a Store Manager for our Georgetown boutique powered by the Leap Platform, launching November 2025. You will lead with a strategic mindset, drive sales, and strengthen community ties while recruiting and developing a high‑performing team.

You’ll manage store operations and partner with nearby stores for activations to grow the customer base. The role requires retail or premium brand experience, strong leadership, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail or customer service, ideally within boutique, premium, or lifestyle brands, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and cultivating long-term client relationships.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret key performance metrics, identify trends, and adapt strategies to drive store performance and profitability.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized service and build authentic client connections that reflect the brand’s values and enhance loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a strategic mindset to drive sales, enhance customer interactions, and strengthen community ties.
• Recruit and develop a high‑performing team through thoughtful hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Oversee store operations including opening/closing procedures, team scheduling, and payroll accuracy to ensure operational excellence.
• Drive store traffic, client engagement, and brand awareness through local networking and in-store activations.
• Collaborate with neighboring stores and support other Leap-powered stores as needed.
