You will mentor a high-performing team, curate high-touch styling, host events, and manage daily store operations with a focus on joy, community, and operational excellence.

This role provides a clear path toward multi-unit leadership as we expand over the next 12–18 months.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership background in boutique or high-touch environments.
• Positive, solution-oriented mindset aligned with designing for joy.
• Authentic love for women's fashion and styling.
• Proactive approach to clienteling, events, and local networking.
• Strong organizational skills with scheduling, inventory, and daily logistics.
• Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and events.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and empower the store team to foster a positive growth culture.
• Deliver elevated styling and client service, building lasting client relationships.
• Plan and execute in-store events and trunk shows to deepen loyalty and revenue.
• Oversee daily store operations, merchandising, scheduling, and inventory.
