Responsabilidades

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals for both stores.
• Coach and develop sales associates through training and clear expectations.
• Uphold a warm, service-first environment rooted in Southern hospitality.
• Support floor sets, seasonal transitions, and visual merchandising.
• Assist with inventory flow, adjustments, and stockroom organization.
• Support strategy and execution of in-store events.
