Qualifications

• 3+ years store management experience in a retail environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid in-state driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Strong sense of accountability to the brand, the team and customers.

• Hire, train, coach and assess store employees to meet and exceed customer's expectations.
• Create a bench of talent to meet staffing needs at all times.
• Work with vendors to ensure inventory levels meet the demand as well as executing planograms.
• Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store that support customer needs and drive sales.
• Minimize shrink and optimize asset protection through reporting on hands on training.
