Leap is opening a San Francisco boutique powered by the Leap Platform, inviting an experienced Store Manager to lead a hands-on team from October 1 through March 2027. You will drive daily sales, elevate the guest experience, and coach a high‑performing team in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will influence local partnerships, maintain brand standards, and collaborate with neighboring Leap stores to support market initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Experience within boutique, premium, specialty, or lifestyle retail environments preferred.
• Proven ability to drive sales, develop high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional customer experiences through hands‑on leadership.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret performance metrics and make data‑informed decisions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving retail environment.
• Ensures the store consistently reflects brand standards through cleanliness, organization, product replenishment, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
