Job summary

Leap Inc is seeking a hands-on Store Manager for our boutique powered by the Leap Platform at Del Amo Fashion Center in Torrance, opening October 2026. You will lead a high‑performing team, elevate the customer experience, and drive strong commercial results.

You will recruit and coach staff, maintain brand standards, build local partnerships, and collaborate with nearby Leap stores on in-store activations and market initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Experience in boutique, premium, or lifestyle retail environments preferred.
• Proven ability to drive sales, develop teams, and deliver exceptional customer experiences through hands-on leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily performance of the boutique, driving sales, profitability, and key business objectives.
• Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience that builds lasting customer relationships and brand loyalty.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team while fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Build brand presence through local partnerships and store initiatives, including activations and collaborations with nearby Leap stores.
• Lead operational excellence by maintaining brand standards in merchandising, inventory, scheduling, and daily operations.
• Monitor KPIs related to sales growth, customer experience, brand loyalty, and operational execution.
