Parks Project in San Francisco seeks a Store Manager to lead our boutique, powered by the Leap Platform, driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This hands-on leader will build a high-performing team and consistently meet commercial goals.

You will represent the brand locally, collaborate with Leap stores, and uphold brand standards across merchandising and operations to create a memorable shopping environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Experience in boutique, premium, or lifestyle retail preferred.
• Hands-on leadership delivering customer experiences and sales results.
• Ability to interpret performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily performance of the boutique, driving sales, profitability, and key business objectives.
• Lead by example on the sales floor to optimize performance and inspire selling behaviors.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team with a culture of accountability and collaboration.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by cultivating local partnerships and increasing brand awareness.
• Ensure brand standards across merchandising, inventory management, scheduling, and operations.
