Job summary

Leap powers the insight-driven retail stores for modern brands, and is seeking a Sales Supervisor for a Djerf Avenue boutique in New York. You will lead the sales floor, drive performance, and ensure an elevated customer experience while partnering with store leadership to meet sales goals.

This hands-on role requires strong communication, 1–3 years of retail leadership, and comfort with Shopify and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail leadership or supervisory experience in boutique or premium retail environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team, coach selling behaviors, and drive sales results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer-focused selling skills with the ability to build relationships and create memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to achieve daily sales goals and KPIs through coaching and floor leadership.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with product knowledge and personalized service.
