POSITION SUMMARY

The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building lasting client relationships, and supporting the achievement of boutique sales goals. This role serves as a brand ambassador by providing a personalized shopping experience, maintaining product knowledge, and contributing to the overall success of the boutique.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Experience & Sales

• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping environment.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service and follow-up.
• Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to overall boutique performance.
• Leverage clienteling tools and practices to build lasting customer relationships.

Product Knowledge

• Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, collections, and services.
• Communicate product features, benefits, and brand stories effectively to customers.
• Stay up to date on new product launches, promotions, and boutique events.
• Accurately process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges.
• Assist with receiving, replenishing, and organizing merchandise.
• Maintain an organized sales floor, fitting rooms, and stockroom.
• Participate in opening and closing responsibilities as assigned.

PROFILE

• 1+ years of retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Based on-site, South Coast Plaza, Costa Mesa, CA.

COMPENSATION

Hourly pay range: $21.63–$26.44 per hour. Placement within the range and position level will be based on relevant experience, demonstrated skills, and qualifications.

Target incentive: $18,000–$22,000 per year
