Job summary

Leap on Melrose Ave is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated shopping experience through authentic engagement, product knowledge, and personalized recommendations. You will build lasting connections with customers, support sales initiatives, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities include daily store operations, visual merchandising, and inventory tasks, with potential opening/closing duties.

Qualifications

• Prior retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and building authentic connections.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage a diverse range of customers.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and confidently share brand stories.
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support store priorities and collaborate with others.
• Ability to take ownership of assigned store responsibilities, including opening/closing procedures and keyholder duties as needed.
• Dependable, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.
