Leap is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to represent our boutique at the upcoming Austin store launch. You will connect with customers, share the brand story, and provide personalized recommendations to create memorable shopping experiences.

The role requires hustle in a fast-paced retail environment, strong communication, flexible availability including weekends, and a willingness to learn about our brands while supporting daily store operations and visual standards.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and share brand stories.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through authentic engagement and personalized recommendations.
• Drive sales through proactive engagement and strong product knowledge.
• Maintain visual merchandising, replenish stock, and keep the store tidy.
• Support daily operations, opening/closing duties, and teamwork.
