Job summary

Leap is seeking energetic Sales Associates for a boutique coming to Bouldin Creek in Austin. You will deliver elevated, personalized in-store experiences and drive customer satisfaction while building meaningful brand connections.

You will create authentic client relationships through thoughtful selling, product storytelling, and genuine hospitality, thriving in a fast-paced environment with a polished presence on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or high-touch client-facing environments.
• Strong selling skills with ability to drive conversion.
• Customer-first mindset focused on hospitality and memorable brand experiences.
• Adaptable and solutions-oriented in dynamic environments.
• Collaborative team player with clear communication.
• Professional, dependable, and punctual.
• Detail-oriented with visual, operational task execution.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Active on the sales floor and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Support daily sales initiatives and drive conversion.
• Engage clients to build relationships and loyalty.
• Maintain visual standards and store operations with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with leadership and teammates to foster a service-driven culture.
• May handle opening/closing duties and keyholder responsibilities.
• Support other brands within the Leap portfolio as needed.
