Job summary

Leap seeks Seasonal Sales Associates to join our boutique team during peak season. You will engage customers with authentic conversations, share product knowledge, and provide personalized recommendations to create memorable shopping experiences.

Responsibilities include supporting daily sales goals, maintaining a clean store, and assisting with inventory and operations while working with a collaborative team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience required.
• Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and building authentic customer connections.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage a diverse range of customers.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and confidently share brand stories.
• Team-oriented mindset with the flexibility to support evolving store priorities and seasonal needs.
• Dependable, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods.
• Ability to actively work on the sales floor, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
