One&Only Resorts in Big Sky, Montana is seeking a Retail Agent to ensure the smooth operation of the Boutique while providing exceptional guest service. The successful candidate will manage stock levels and maintain attractive displays.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a hotel, possesses strong communication and organizational skills, and is proficient in Microsoft Office programs. This position offers a range of benefits including medical insurance, PTO, and discounts at F&B outlets.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience as a Retail Agent, preferably in a hotel setting.
• Must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Boutique smoothly while maintaining stock levels.
• Provide exemplary guest service and conduct inventory reports.
• Prepare financial reports and participate in training as required.
