Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Product Manager who will act as a brand ambassador and business leader. The role focuses on delivering extraordinary experiences for internal teams and clients, coaching a diverse team of salespeople, and partnering with the Boutique Director to drive business in Costume Jewelry, Other Accessories, and Eyewear.

The role emphasizes leadership, client experience, and collaboration within a luxury fashion context, with in-store presence required to coach teams and uphold

Qualifications

• Experience coaching and leading sales teams to deliver outstanding client experiences.
• Ability to coach and develop a diverse team of salespeople within a luxury retail brand.
• Strong communication and collaboration with Boutique Director and Home Office teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive business for Costume Jewelry, Other Accessories, and Eyewear categories.
• Coach and manage sales teams to deliver elevated client experiences.
• Collaborate with Home Office buying team on assortment planning and analysis.
• Represent CHANEL in the market and build client base through community events.
