CHANEL in Bal Harbour Village, FL is seeking a Product Manager to be a brand ambassador and business leader focused on delivering extraordinary experiences for the internal team and clients. They will own and drive the business within the Watches & Fine Jewelry category, coaching a diverse team of salespeople and collaborating closely with the Boutique Director.

The role emphasizes boutique leadership, client experience, and partnerships with Home Office buying.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
• Flexible schedule with ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Boutique Management requires in-store presence to develop and coach teams and uphold boutique standards.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the business within Watches & Fine Jewelry category.
• Coach and coach teams to deliver elevated client experiences.
• Train team on CHANEL savoir faire, product details and service delivery.
• Analyze, report, and plan assortment; partner with Home Office buying team.
• Represent CHANEL in the market through community events and partnerships.
