Job summary

Soho House is hiring an Innkeeper to manage guest services, reservations, and daily hotel operations in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure seamless check-ins/outs, coordinate with housekeeping, and provide a warm, professional experience for all guests.

The role requires multitasking, strong communication, and a proactive approach to guest needs, including night/weekend schedules and occasional heavy lifting.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of similar role or customer service / facing role.
• Must be okay with multi-tasking, handling high-volume phone inquiries professionally.
• OpenTable, Google Sheets and/or ThinkReservations experience preferred.
• Strong problem solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Detail oriented, articulate and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest experience in person or by phone.
• Coordinate with housekeeping on daily check-in/out and note late/early requests.
• Complete room inspections to ensure readiness for check-in.
• Answer calls with a professional greeting.
• Handle reservations and guest inquiries, directing questions to the right team.
• Process emails promptly and route inquiries appropriately.
• Check-in/out guests professionally with guest security in mind.
• Assist guests with luggage and property tours.
• Relay maintenance issues to management and communicate important Inn information.
