Job summary

Soho House & Co in Miami Beach is seeking an Overnight Front Office Manager to lead all overnight operations for hotel rooms and front desk, supervise Butlers, Receptionists and Member Services, and partner with Reservations/PBX.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of high-volume boutique hotel experience, strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and a passion for hospitality and the Soho House brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience managing Front Office operations.
• Extensive knowledge of Opera, Salesforce, Open Table and Google Sheets is a must.
• Detail oriented, ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer services oriented and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible schedule, evenings, weekends as needed.
• Bilingual language skills a plus.
• Hospitality Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead overnight operations for rooms and Front Office, including Butlers, Receptionists and Member Services.
• Oversee Reservations/PBX department and manage guest lists, VIPs and occupancy
• Ensure on-brand guest experience and efficient processes.
• Provide onboarding and ongoing training to new hires.
• Monitor payroll/expenses and support budgeting for the department.
• Coordinate with controller and Purchasing Manager on inventory and perishable items.
• Maintain high standards of service and respond to guest and staff inquiries promptly.
