Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 3-5 years’ experience in an operations-focused role.
• Experience working in an elevated retail or hospitality environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel.
• Familiarity with inventory platforms; RFID knowledge is a plus.
• Flexibility to adapt when workload changes and ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations: receiving, tagging, replenishing merchandise.
• Conduct regular cycle counts to reduce shrink and improve inventory accuracy.
• Ensure product movement is accurate and packaged to standards.
• Arrange inbound and outbound shipping including client orders and inter-boutique transfers.
• Maintain documentation for movements.
• Support Visual Merchandising directives and VM standards throughout the day.
• Collaborate with store leadership on inventory reporting and issue resolutions.
• Communicate with corporate partners about product needs or discrepancies.
• Maintain adequate supply levels including packaging materials.
• Retrieve alternate sizes/colors/styles to enhance the client experience.
• Assist in maintaining boutique facilities and maintenance needs.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to support sales and transfer/shipping accuracy.
• Assist with opening/closing, cash handling, and other tasks as directed.
• Support physical inventory processes with leadership.
