Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Boutique Operations Associate to support daily store operations, inventory control, and exceptional client experiences. You will be the in-store expert on SOPs, systems, and tools, collaborating with leadership to uphold standards.

The role emphasizes omni-channel service, visual standards, and teamwork, with a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related retail or boutique operations experience.
• Understanding of inventory management and omni-channel retail processes.
• Ability to move items up to 25 lbs and perform physical stock tasks.
• Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Experience in fragrance and beauty preferred; foreign language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Uphold operational standards and processes to deliver the client experience.
• Act as the expert resource on Standard Operating Procedures, systems, and tools.
• Support daily operations including opening/closing registers, receiving and shipping product, and processing damages.
• Maintain organized stock storage, process received stock, and record inventory in systems.
• Partner with management to execute stock cycle counts and annual physical inventory.
• Communicate inventory and supply needs to boutique leadership.
• Support visual merchandising, brand image, and hygiene standards.
• Provide continuous sales and service support and foster positive team relationships.
