Job summary

BRUNELLO CUCINELLI USA INC seeks an Operations Associate to support daily store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and assist the sales team in delivering an exceptional client experience.

You will handle receiving, tagging, replenishment, cycle counts, and shipping; support Visual Merchandising and collaborate with leadership to address inventory discrepancies and operational concerns; ensure boutique standards are upheld throughout the day.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 3–5 years’ experience in an operations-focused role.
• Experience in an elevated retail or hospitality environment.
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel.
• Proficiency with inventory platforms; RFID knowledge is a plus.
• Flexibility and adaptability when workload changes.
• Ability to stand for multiple hours and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations, including receiving, tagging, and replenishing merchandise.
• Perform regular cycle counts to reduce shrink and improve inventory accuracy.
• Ensure product movement is error-free and packaged to standards.
• Arrange inbound and outbound shipping, including client-facing orders and inter-boutique transfers.
• Maintain appropriate files with documentation regarding movements.
• Support execution of Visual Merchandising directives and VM standards throughout the day.
• Partner with store leadership on inventory reporting and issue resolution.
• Communicate with corporate partners regarding product needs and discrepancies.
• Maintain supplies for daily boutique operations.
• Locate and retrieve alternate sizes/colors/styles to enhance client experience.
• Assist in opening/closing procedures and cash handling as assigned.
• Lead and participate in physical inventory with store leadership.
• Demonstrate integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
