The role requires strong customer service, teamwork, and inventory management. A flexible schedule and readiness to assist across all store functions are essential to success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Uphold CHANEL client experience with exceptional service and hosting.
• Manage daily boutique operations including opening/closing of registers.
• Maintain organized stock and accurate inventory records.
• Assist boutique leaders with SOPs, systems and tools."
• Support omni-channel efforts from in-store to online and back.
