Job summary

CHANEL, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager for our Orlando boutique. You will oversee all operational functions, ensuring the smooth operation of the boutique and an elevated client experience.

You will work closely with Boutique Leaders to impart critical business knowledge and drive strategic initiatives. The role requires minimum 5 years of related experience, a preferred Bachelor's degree, and a strong focus on client experience, leadership, and collaboration within a fast-paced luxury

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred for the role.
• Boutique management experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and people leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own all operational functions within the Boutique, including Inventory Control, Shipping and Receiving, Alterations, Facilities Management, Security, Resource Planning/Staffing, Compliance and Expense Management.
• Collaborate with Home Office Retail Operations to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
• Lead all operationally aligned staff, coaching and inspiring the team to deliver flawlessly.
• Foster a positive working environment and create a culture of feedback, encouraging diversity, mutual respect, and teamwork.
• Be the ultimate expert on SOPs, systems and tools to act as a resource for the Boutique Team.
