• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in retail operations and boutique management.

Responsibilities

• Own all operational functions within the boutique, including inventory, shipping, alterations, facilities, security, staffing, compliance and expense management.
• Collaborate with Home Office Retail Operations to improve efficiency.
• Lead operational staff and coach for flawless execution.
• Manage budget and forecast expenditures for the boutique.
• Ensure elevated client service and boutique image.
