Job summary

CHANEL in Newport Beach is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee all boutique operations, including inventory, shipping, alterations, facilities, security, staffing, compliance, and expense management. You will partner with Home Office Retail Operations to drive efficiency and coach a high-performing team to deliver elevated client service.

The role requires at least 5 years of related experience and a bachelor’s degree (preferred).

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related boutique/retail operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including late nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Boutique Management: in-store presence to coach teams and uphold standards.

Responsibilities

• Own all operational functions within the Boutique.
• Oversee inventory control, shipping/receiving, alterations.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting for the boutique.
• Ensure SOPs, systems and tools are followed.
• Coach and develop boutique staff to deliver elevated service.
• Collaborate with Home Office to drive efficiency.
