Job summary

Montblanc Houston is seeking an Operations Associate to maintain boutique operations, manage inventory, and support profitability by receiving, organizing, and controlling stock in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

You will collaborate with the Boutique Manager, coordinate deliveries, supervise stockroom cycles, assist clients on the floor, and help implement Richemont processes while upholding Montblanc values. Weekend availability and strong teamwork are required.

Qualifications

• Retail experience, preferably in jewelry or luxury products.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stock accuracy and conduct cycle counts.
• Organize stockroom and on-the-floor stock; monitor condition.
• Receive deliveries and check against orders.
• Manage boutique email inbox and stock transfers.
• Support sales floor and assist clients.
• Participate in daily team briefings and share stock updates.
• Coordinate stock requests and communicate with finance.
• Collaborate with other stores on best practices.
• Translate Montblanc values into operations.
• Help formalize operating procedures (stocks, cash desk, security).
• Provide admin support for couriers, deliveries, transfers.
• Process store supply orders.
• Ensure compliance with Richemont processes.
