Job summary

Cartier North America is seeking an Operations Manager to drive boutique operations, compliance, and financial controls. You will lead an operations team, optimize processes, and coordinate with regional and corporate partners to ensure a seamless client experience and strong performance.

The role demands strong leadership, luxury retail experience, and the ability to manage stock, schedules, and audits while upholding Cartier standards and driving efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field
• 5-8 years of operations management experience in luxury retail
• Experience leading leaders and managing direct reports

Responsibilities

• Ensure understanding and enforcement of all Maison policies within the boutique
• Implement and maintain efficient opening/closing procedures
• Oversee product movement including shipments, transfers, and stock handling
• Maintain high standards of product care, packing, shipping, and receiving for high-value items
• Oversee boutique sales finances; ensure daily transactions are properly documented
• Ensure smooth ecommerce and other transactional flows
• Oversee inventory counts and stock movements for annual inventory
• Monitor boutique operating costs with management
• Uphold Cartier standards in the boutique environment
• Lead Lean/5S initiatives for storage optimization
• Oversee care service workflows and reporting
• Lead boutique audits and action plan execution
• Manage display maintenance and visual standards
• Coordinate daily opening/closing setup with management
• Communicate effectively with boutique, regional, and corporate teams
• Drive adoption of new operational tools and training
• Aim to consistently exceed KPIs
