Formación

• Minimum 3+ years in retail stock or operations roles.
• Ability to work full-time including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Physical ability to stand and move merchandise and fixtures.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee shipping and receiving ensuring accurate inventory.
• Maintain orderly stock area and participate in counts.
• Enforce store policies related to security, cash handling, and records.
• Train and lead associates in POS, returns, safety, and related procedures.
• Monitor receiving, transfers, damages, RTVs to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Ensure security and safety compliance of facilities.
