Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for overnight guests.
• Post room charges, verify rates, and reconcile daily activity.
• Balance and process credit card transactions.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby and front desk.
• Monitor safety and complete nightly audits with precision.
