Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality invites a Night Auditor to join its overnight team in a fast-paced hotel setting. You will welcome guests, check them in when needed, balance daily transactions, and generate key nightly reports that inform management decisions.

The role requires attention to detail, solid numeric skills, and comfort working with Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing tools during late hours. Prior hotel experience is a plus, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
• 1 year in hotel or related field preferred; supervisory experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests during overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM) and handle check-ins and reservations.
• Balance the books, finalize transactions, and ensure accuracy of all numbers.
• Perform regular security walks to safeguard the property and guests.
• Prepare Daily Flash Reports and other management reports.

• Master of Midnight Math: Own the Night Audit! Balance the books, finalize transactions, and make sure every number is in its perfect place. Detail lovers, this is your time to shine.
• Guardian of the Glow-Up: Keep the property safe and sound with regular security walks. You’re the calm, watchful presence that helps guests sleep easy.
• The Nightly Newsroom: Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report to give management the inside scoop on what went down while the world was sleeping.
• Teamwork After Twilight: Work hand-in-hand with other departments to keep operations smooth and service top-notch—even in the wee hours.
• Tech-Savvy Problem Solver: If you’re fluent in Windows, spreadsheets, and word docs—and you’ve got a knack for solving problems solo—you’ll fit right in.

Education & Experience
