Hampton Inn and Suites Baton Rouge Downtown is seeking a detailed, outgoing, customer service pro for a Front Desk Representative and Night Auditor role. You’ll showcase organizational skills and create exceptional guest experiences in a friendly hotel environment with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities include checking guests in/out, processing payments, updating reservations, and balancing accounts, with growth opportunities within Hospitality America’s PEACH-driven

Qualifications

• Preferred 1 year of customer service experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to cultivate a productive team that embodies PEACH.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where priorities are constantly changing.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service while checking guests in and out.
• Be a guest advocate by responding to requests and concerns with a sense of urgency and empathy.
• Process payments for guests and make necessary changes/updates to their accounts.
• Enter and update reservation information in the system.
• Collaborate with other departments to communicate information about room availability and status.
• Maintain the front desk ensuring the area is clean, welcoming, and organized.
• Close and balance room accounts.
• Run, print, and distribute various reports.
• Make adjustments to accounts as needed.
