Kessler Hotels, a boutique hospitality brand, seeks a Steward/Potwasher/Warewasher to maintain clean, organized kitchen areas and assist kitchen staff in daily operations at our Greenville, SC property. The role emphasizes sanitation, safety, and efficient support across dining outlets.

This full-time onsite position requires stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work flexible hours. Training and benefits are provided to support career growth within the hotel group.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; hotel or related field experience preferred.
• Flexible with long hours when required.
• Ability to stand for long shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and 50 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and order in kitchens, back dock, dumpster, and utility areas.
• Clean ovens, grills, sinks, and heavy kitchen equipment.
• Wash pots, pans, and utensils; vacuum carpeted areas in outlets.
• Sweep, mop, and wash floors in food & beverage areas.
• Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure sanitation of china, glass, and silver.
• Ensure safe handling of chemicals and report faulty equipment.
• Assist with setup/breakdown of restaurant buffet as required.
• Assist Banquets with china, glass, and silver as needed.
