Job summary

Piedmont Social House in Charlotte, NC is seeking a part-time Server to provide attentive, guest‑oriented service. Take orders, suggest menu items, and ensure accurate delivery of food and drinks in a fast paced setting.

Responsibilities include processing orders, serving multiple tables, upselling, and maintaining a clean dining area while adhering to safety policies and age restrictions for alcohol.

Qualifications

• Prior experience is preferred but not necessary.
• Will train for the position.

Responsibilities

• Takes food and beverage orders from guests.
• Makes suggestions and upsells on all menu and drink items.
• Enters orders into Jonas POS system.
• Monitors alcohol service and ensures guests are 21+.
• Carries trays, delivers food, clears and resets tables.
• Keeps area clean and follows NC Health Department standards.
• Reports to work in a clean, neat uniform.
• Performs other tasks as requested by management.
