Chrome Hearts LLC in Malibu seeks a Server / Bartender to deliver attentive, personalized food and beverage service to hotel guests in a luxury boutique setting. You will take orders, prepare cocktails and serve beverages, while upholding brand standards.

Work with kitchen and hotel teams, maintain a polished, guest-focused presence during busy service periods, handle payments, and ensure compliance with safety and responsible alcohol service.

Qualifications

• Previous serving and/or bartending experience.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service, cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail and service quality.
• Familiarity with POS systems and payment processing.
• Required alcohol service certification and food handler certification, as applicable under local regulations.
• Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests, present menus, and provide knowledgeable recommendations on food and beverages.
• Take orders and serve food and drinks accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar and service area.
• Process guest payments and handle transactions accurately.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests or concerns professionally.
• Follow responsible alcohol service practices and all applicable food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Coordinate with kitchen and hotel staff to ensure smooth service operations.
• Maintain open communication with the Hotel Manager regarding issues, priorities, and opportunities for improvement.
