Chrome Hearts LLC is seeking a Lead Server for a luxury boutique hotel restaurant in Malibu. You will supervise daily service, guide the team, and ensure guests receive attentive, professional service that aligns with the venue’s refined standards.

Responsibilities include training staff, coordinating with the kitchen, handling guest inquiries, and supporting scheduling and operations while maintaining cleanliness and safety protocols. Flexible hours, weekends and holidays required.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred in upscale dining.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to resolve guest concerns professionally and effectively.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily restaurant service and support front-of-house operations.
• Lead, train, and support service staff to maintain high standards of hospitality.
• Ensure guests receive attentive, personalized, and professional service.
• Address guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service.
• Assist with staff scheduling, shift assignments, and opening/closing procedures.
• Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and health/safety standards.
• Support inventory tracking, supply needs, and other daily tasks.
• Maintain open communication with Hotel Manager regarding issues and opportunities.
